According to InstaKwara, an Instagram handle which shared the pictures, the mansion is being the state government.
Sharing the pictures, InstaKwara wrote:

Before
becoming Senate President, Bukola Saraki was governor of Kwara State
where he served two terms. He was a former member of the Ruling All
Progressives Congress before he decamped to the opposition, the Peoples
Democratic Party.
